🚚 Standard Delivery (3–5 Working Days)

Our standard delivery option is available on all orders. Delivery is FREE on orders over £49. For orders under £49, a flat rate of £3.99 applies. Standard delivery is fulfilled via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD and covers all mainland UK addresses.

⚡ Express Next-Day Delivery

Need it sooner? Select Express Delivery at checkout for £6.99. Orders must be placed before 2:00pm Monday–Friday to guarantee next-day delivery. Orders placed after this cut-off or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day. Next-day delivery is available to mainland UK addresses only.

📦 Click & Collect

You can collect your order for free from our Mitcham premises at 390 London Road, Mitcham, CR4 4EA. Click & Collect orders are typically ready within 2–4 hours of placing your order during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.

🌍 International Delivery

We currently deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. International shipping outside the UK is not available at this time. We hope to expand our delivery zones soon.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. You can also use our Track Order tool at any time.

🏠 Delivery Attempts

If you are not available when your parcel arrives, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. After two failed delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from GSA Store. If something isn't right, we make returns straightforward and stress-free. Our returns window is 30 days from the date of delivery.

✅ What Can Be Returned?

Most items purchased from GSA Store can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused and in their original, sealed packaging
• In the same condition as when they were delivered
• Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt

Please note that the following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or not as described:

• Opened food, beverage or personal care products
• Opened cleaning products or consumables

🔄 How to Return an Item

2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a returns authorisation and instructions.
3. Securely pack your items and drop them to a post office, or bring them directly to our Mitcham address.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days.

💷 Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds typically appear within 3–5 working days after we confirm the return. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

📦 Return Postage Costs

For items that are not faulty, return postage costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked postage service and retaining proof of postage. GSA Store is not responsible for items lost in transit on the return journey.
