We aim to make delivery as fast, simple and affordable as possible. All orders placed before 2:00pm on a working day are dispatched the same day from our Mitcham warehouse.
Our standard delivery option is available on all orders. Delivery is FREE on orders over £49. For orders under £49, a flat rate of £3.99 applies. Standard delivery is fulfilled via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD and covers all mainland UK addresses.
Need it sooner? Select Express Delivery at checkout for £6.99. Orders must be placed before 2:00pm Monday–Friday to guarantee next-day delivery. Orders placed after this cut-off or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day. Next-day delivery is available to mainland UK addresses only.
You can collect your order for free from our Mitcham premises at 390 London Road, Mitcham, CR4 4EA. Click & Collect orders are typically ready within 2–4 hours of placing your order during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.
We currently deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. International shipping outside the UK is not available at this time. We hope to expand our delivery zones soon.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. You can also use our Track Order tool at any time.
⏱️ Order cut-off time: 2:00pm Mon–Fri. Orders placed after this time or on weekends are dispatched the next working day. For urgent queries, please call us on 07951 111313.
If you are not available when your parcel arrives, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. After two failed delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from GSA Store. If something isn't right, we make returns straightforward and stress-free. Our returns window is 30 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds typically appear within 3–5 working days after we confirm the return. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
🛡️ Faulty or Damaged Items: If you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you, including any return postage.
For items that are not faulty, return postage costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked postage service and retaining proof of postage. GSA Store is not responsible for items lost in transit on the return journey.
